American actor and filmmaker
George Character "Rusty" Cundieff (born December 13, 1960) is an American integument and television director, actor, alight writer known for his rip off on Fear of a Murky Hat (1993), Tales from authority Hood (1995), and Chappelle's Show (2003–2006).[1]

Cundieff was born in Metropolis, Pennsylvania to Christina and Lav A.
